Why we built this
In 2025, a family office was evaluating another QOF investment. Diligence on that one deal widened into a deep dive on compliance across the QOF landscape, and it turned up a problem bigger than the deal.
The industry was held together with Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and the occasional macro, heading into the heaviest reporting regime it had ever faced. There was no system of record anywhere in it.
So we built one.
