Why we built this
In 2025, a family office that has held Opportunity Zone positions since early in the program was evaluating another QOF investment. Diligence on that one deal widened into a deep dive on compliance in the QOF landscape, and what it turned up was a problem across the industry.
We found an industry held together with Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and the occasional macro, heading into the heaviest reporting regime it had ever faced. No system of record anywhere in it.
So we built the system of record. First for ourselves. Then for everyone who files.
